About the Speakers
Bernadine Hogan
Bernadine is an Executive Director with CBRE - Advisory and Transactions. She is with the firm for ober 9 years and specialises in commercial property . She has 25 years of real estate experience having worked previously with Savills, Dublin and Lambert Smith Hampton , London. She is acting vice chair of the commercial committee with the SCSI and is a long-standing member with the RICS.
Annette Hughes
Annette is the Director of Economic Advisory Services. In her prior position as Director at DKM Economic Consultant, Annette worked on energy, construction, and transport projects. Her involvement in most of DKM's studies of national and regional housing markets for clients, including financial institutions and house-building companies, brought about a significant change in the industry.
She started her career as an economist at a global energy business firm and moved to London in 1985, where she worked as a strategic planner at an infrastructure company.
Dara Keogh
Dara is a sales and marketing leader who joined GeoDirectory as CEO in 2007. Over the years he has expanded GeoDirectory’s client base and has extended range of services based on its database. He is passionate about helping clients increase their revenues through extending the use of their data by integrating with GeoDirectory’s data services.
