Over the summer GeoDirectory will release two reports. Firstly in July the The GeoView Residential report is a comprehensive and unique view of the residential property market over the last 12 months. The Geoview report reviews the types of buildings, sales prices, turnover, addition and the pipeline of residential dwellings, and integrates this with population, land density and the level of vacancy by county. In August 2018 we also release our latest GeoView Commercial Vacancy Report on commercial vacancy rates in Ireland. This report will highlight the commercial activity and the level of under-utilised potential recorded in the report by looking at the vacancy rate across provinces, counties and 100 towns around Ireland.
