GeoDirectory keeps Vivas Health in the pink
Vivas Health, the health insurer with over 100,000 customers across Ireland, used GeoDirectory to create a rapid, dependable, and comprehensive customer database. Every day Vivas’ Cork call centre staff members speak to hundreds of existing and potential customers. They respond to queries, renew policies for existing customers, fill out applications from new customers and make fresh calls to potential customers.
